In Nikolaev gorvodokanat at the request of builders wants to replace the collecting pipe down the street Levanevtsev, having established narrower pipe - locals act against, being afraid that the sewer system of the residential district from - for it will become not functional at all.
Inhabitants of the house No. 25/1 down the street Levanevtsev declared it during a meeting with the deputy of Factory regional administration Nikolay Mishchisheny on Saturday, June 13.
So, according to residents of the residential district, builders want to make re-planning of a sewer network with gross violation of construction norms that will lead to deterioration of a drainage system for inhabitants of nearby apartment houses: diameter of the existing collector makes about a meter, and gorvodokanat plans it to replace with a 30-centimetric pipe.
In administration claim that the sewer network came to a critical condition from - for the long term of operation therefore they raise a question of its modernization with the subsequent connection to system of water disposal of the town «Cozy» (cottages on the river bank, - PN).
However, residents of the residential district note that the collector doesn't need modernization—it was replaced 8 years ago. Meanwhile, 60-x years, according to them, the administration doesn't pay attention to the proceeding collector.
At the same time, people are excited that such replacement of pipes will lead to destruction of old houses, their flooding, and also destruction of green plantings.
It is remarkable that a meeting representatives of a gorvodokanal and management of architecture and town planning of the Nikolaev City Council were invited, however they didn't appear.
It is known that in May, 2013 prosecutor's office of Nikolaev I recognized illegal the decision of the city authority about providing permissions to designing of land management on branch of the land plots down the street Levanevtsev, 26.And already on August 28 at session of the City Council deputies voted for allocation of the earth in a green zone the residential district Levanevsky under construction of the next cottages.
