All last week the Nikolaev streets literally captivated grain-carriers. Heavy-load cars with trailers stood on Pushkin, Chigrina, Chkalov, to Budenny, in Sudostroitelny Lane, in Korabelov Lane etc. And Industrial in general I turned into a peculiar tunnel as grain-carriers stood on both sides of the street. Moreover, on Saturday I turned into a tunnel also Pushkin on a piece from the Pushkin ring to the old railway station. And, judging by numbers, all Ukraine was presented almost: Cherkassk, Kherson, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Donetsk, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Zaporozhye, Kirovograd, Odessa areas, Crimea!
Nikolaev the driver it was necessary to be torn literally in narrow space of the remained free carriageway. While, however, because of grain-carriers there was only one road accident, but, as they say, it while. So, according to UGAI information in the Nikolaev area, non-compliance with a distance from the truck driver became the cause of accident which has occurred on September 2, around 14:50. Drivers of grain-carriers unanimously explain that today to hand over grain very difficult - the offer obviously exceeds demand. Except "Nibulon" it is possible to hand over grain still unless in Youzhny port, but there turn it is even more - almost to the Odessa! Besides, drivers complain also - their earnings in comparison with last year fell to the lowest price twice.
Anyway, and grain-carriers turned for the city into a serious problem which should be solved. Besides, that movement on dozens of streets is broken, exists also ecological aspect:grain-carriers, and in the main weight it is old KAMAZ, pollute air in the city, break and without that the smashed city streets.
The staff of GAI trying as - that to regulate flow of grain-carriers, recognizes that they aren't able to cope with such number of cars. The problem can be solved only with start of terminals for a bullshit of heavy-load transport, but now nobody is engaged in it.
