For the purpose of rapid response to possible emergence of emergency situations on highways, for ensuring journey on roads of the state and city value to Ukravtodore four regional operational groups, are created by equipped modern powerful snow-removing and other road equipment, reports Ministry of Transport.
Such groups are created in Mateevtsa's village (Ivano - Frankovsky area), in the cities Cherry (Kiev region), Tsyurupinsk (The Kherson area) and Pyatikhatki (The Kharkov area).
To group in Mateevtsakh are assigned by Ivano - Frankovsky, Zakarpatye, Volynsk, Lvov, Ternopol, Rivnensky, Hmelnitsky and Chernovitsky areas, to group in Cherry - the Kiev, Zhitomir, Vinnytsia, Cherkassk and Poltava areas, to group in Tsyurupinsk - the Crimea, Sevastopol, the Kherson, Kirovograd, Nikolaev, Zaporozhye and Odessa areas, to group in Pyatikhatkakh - the Kharkov, Chernigov, Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Lugansk areas.
For assistance on elimination of possible consequences of natural disaster the Public special service of transport of Mintranssvyaz involved 15 task forces equipped with 42 cars, 23 units of road equipment and 14 units of the engineering.
For implementation of the round-the-clock watch task forces are provided with food, medicines, fuel.
Mintranssvyaz notes that movement of railway trains isn't cancelled, passengers on railway transport is transported in a usual mode, but there are cases of a delay of trains on the Odessa railroad up to an hour (in certain cases - to four).
