In Pervomaisk "evaporated" 37 apartments bought for budget money

The main thing control - auditing management of Ukraine carried out control - auditing check of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine for 2007 and in 1 quarter 2008. Audit revealed violations in Ministry work for total amount of 81 million UAH

From - for low level financially - economic discipline the objectives of the certain budgetary programs which executive appointed the Ministry of Emergency Situations weren't achieved.

In particular, the budgetary program "Provision of Housing for Separate Categories of Citizens Which according to the Legislation Have the Right to Such Housing" didn't achieve the objectives.

From allocated to the Ministry for 2007 from the state budget of 68,1 million UAH it wasn't acquired any apartment. As of 22.05.2008 on the accounting of the Ministry there are receivables for the sum of 68,1 million UAH while contracts had to be executed till 31.12.2007.

These means, according to the signed contracts for share participation in construction, were listed on acquisition of apartments in of Kulikovk (The Chernigov area), Pervomaisk (The Nikolaev area), Putivl (Sumy бласть) and so forth

The choice of these settlements was made without real turn of preferential categories of citizens. So, the Ministry transferred money for acquisition of 80 apartments in Pervomaisk for persons, victims of consequences of Chernobyl accident while on the room account for provision of housing for such persons 43 families consisted.

For whom 37 apartments were acquired and whether in general these means were spent for acquisition of housing remains a riddle.

As it is reported on a site CREWE, inconsistency of actions of the management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the sphere of use of budgetary funds leads to a delay of execution of the budgetary programs and inefficient use of the state resources.
