Since November 20 of this year according to the decision of the Nikolaev city council accepted on October 24, down the street movement of vehicles will be forbidden to Spasskaya. Earlier, as reported "to Crime. Is NOT PRESENT", the chief of regional Management of GAI of Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Nikolaev area Oleg Tonkantsov already reported about closing of the carriageway of this street on October 31.
This decision is made for the purpose of decrease in a zagazirovannost and noise in the central part of the city, and also for the purpose of savings and protection of important historical monuments of architecture. The State traffic inspectorate of the Nikolaev area reports about it.
"We will a little change movement as on the specified site there are objects of architecture. Now transit transport will go down the street Big Sea, on Navarinskaya Street there will be a branch of transit trucks to the right, that is will change one-way traffic which will go now towards "Five corners" - Oleg Georgiyevich declared.
All transit transport which moves from the Odessa direction, will move now down the street Big Sea to Pushkinskaya Street and further on Geroyev Stalingrad Avenue to a detour of Nikolaev.
For local cargo transport movement from Bolshoy Morskoy Street down the street Navarinska towards the Pushkin ring with the subsequent transfer to Chigrin Street or to expanded Skorokhodov Street will be organized.
Thus, movement from the Pushkin ring towards Admiral Makarov Street down the street Navarinska will be closed.
