Since the beginning of December of the current year in the territory of Nikolaev and area, by the State traffic inspectorate it is carried out quickly - preventive operation under the conditional name "Fir-tree" for the purpose of protection of our woods against illegal cutting down and transportation of coniferous trees, after all all want to have on New Year's Eve at itself in the apartment "the green beauty". About it reports a press - service of the State traffic inspectorate of the Nikolaev area.

During this period employees of the State traffic inspectorate very carefully check a stream of vehicles on highways, on purpose not only to secure traffic, but also to prevent illegal import of coniferous trees. The state for August 23 of the current year employees of the State traffic inspectorate elicited some facts of transportation without necessary documents of needles.

So, in the morning on December 22 for violation of the rules of traffic inspectors of GAI on Pushkinskaya St. stopped the car "ZIL-130", which driver as it became clear also transported 190 fir-trees. The driver together with freight for further trial it was delivered in the Central RO UMVS, later as it became clear, the man couldn't provide to law enforcement officers documents on 4 coniferous trees.

Statistics: last year the staff of law-enforcement bodies withdrew more than 4 thousand coniferous trees, and 127 "law-abiding citizens" are brought to administrative responsibility for unauthorized вырубу and realization.
