The speaker Vladimir Litvin declares that personally won't allow that the earth became a market subject, including the earth of agricultural purpose.
He told about it during a meeting with inhabitants of the Ovrutsky area on Thursday within a business trip in Zhitomir area, reports a press - service of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to Litvin, this question concerns also permission of a grocery problem.
It expressed belief that Ukraine could provide with food products about 1 billion people, having reminded that in Soviet period in the absence of perfect technologies she fed more than 250 million people.
Litvin emphasized need to carry out inventory of lands and to understand, "to whom that, how many and on what by the decision will be transferred".
"All this is property of people", - he told, having added that though today the majority of people was received by land shares, in the absence of successors these shares remain in an uncertain state.
Litvin also declared that insists on need of creation of Country bank in which these lands would be concentrated, "and already the bank would define whom to give them in using".
Thus the speaker emphasized that by no means the earth shouldn't arrive to foreigners.
Litvin also expressed a regret that the parliament didn't support the bill on support of agro-industrial complex in crisis conditions, in particular regarding the taxation.
