The international airport Borispol by July of this year plans to install the new automated monitoring system of baggage in the B.terminal
The chief of service of aviation safety of the airport Vladimir Machusky reported to journalists about it today, on April 3.
According to him, this system will be installed within the first stage of reconstruction of the B.terminal
He noted that this system as much as possible excludes involvement of people at baggage control. He also noted that the system will capture 25 front desks.
Machusky reported that as a whole is planned to establish three such lines of the automated control which will allow to capture all baggage which is made out. Thus he didn't call terms when it is planned to install all systems.
Besides, Machusky noted that the Borispol airport plans to double number of surveillance cameras in the terminal B - with 200 to 400. Approximately, these works it is planned to finish until the end of this year.
Transition with analog on digital video surveillance is thus carried out.
