In the village of Bogdanovka of the Domanevsky region of the Nikolaev area at high school for which reconstruction spent tens of millions of hryvnias, there was a threat of an emergency situation: on walls there were cracks, and floors became useless.

So, earlier back this school «designated one of achievements of the regional power» (in the person of the governor Nikolay Kruglov of that time). The old building was ordered but as it appeared, builders made mistakes at reconstruction. And these mistakes are connected with «record rates of development of tens of millions of hryvnias of budgetary funds» , spent for repair.
Now at school on bearing walls and rewalls cracks were formed, on a floor of the first floor the tile gives, doors don't open, on a socle of the building the front tile disappears. Besides in a gym the timber floor failed. The reason of all problems saw in increase in sewer drains which gather under school.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that on repair of school in Bogdanovke spent about 30 million hryvnias. Open company was engaged in reconstruction «Zhitloprombud-8» , which Grigory Sterpul directs. Reconstruction, and actually construction of new school began in 2009 and came to the end in 2011. It was noted that the Bogdanovsky comprehensive school could apply for a rank most «road» rural school in Ukraine.
We will note, quality of the works performed by firm «Zhilpromstroy-8» not always it is possible to call satisfactory. Tak, to an example, this firm gave in a row on reconstruction of a monument stories and monumental art of local value «Barrow of Slava» in the city New Odessa, however after the end of poor carried out works with rough violations of the state norms and standards from a monument pedestal began to fly away a tile, an a stone blocks round a monument «hereI crept away» on eyes.
It is known that owner of 80% of stocks CIAO «Zhilpromstroy-1» Grigory Sterpul who in parallel with it is the cofounder of open company «isPolymaster» , registered in the apartment where there lives the president Nikolayevskoy regional торгово - industrial chamber, the former deputy of Nikolayevskoy of city council from Party of Regions, and until recently being vice-chairman Nikolayevskoy of the regional state administration Igor Katvalyuk. Itself ex-vice-the governor is the director of open company «Polymaster».
