In Presidential Administration appointed the deputy head of one of departments of the official who falls under lustration.

So, the position of the deputy head of the Main department concerning activity of law enforcement agencies and counteraction of corruption of AP is occupied by Alexander Zakoretsky. Information on it contains in the order of the prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk about assignment to Zakoretsky of a rank of the civil servant on October 22, 2014. Zakoretsky falls under lustration, and, respectively, for 10 years has no right to hold positions in the government.
He occupied from November, 2007 to March 21, 2011 the post of the first deputy chief Glavupravleniya of supervision of observance of laws on the rights and freedoms and protection of interests of the state of GPU. This independent structural division of the central body (device) of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine. According to the law on lustration, people who held only not less than one year positions during the period from February 25, 2010 to February 22, 2014 fall under it.
We will note that Zakoretsky after change of the power in February, 2014 occupied a chair of the prosecutor of Poltava region where it was remembered by opposition with the mayor of Poltava Alexander Mamayem. In the middle of August, 2014 Zakoretsky was dismissed by the order of the head of GPU Vitaly Yarema from a position of the regional prosecutor and then transferred to the office of the State Office of Public Prosecutor, from where a day before the beginning of the first wave of orders for dismissal of prosecutors within lustration was transferred to Presidential Administration.
Besides, the head of the Main department on counteraction of corruption appointed the person who has no relation to anti-corruption activity. Dmitry Elmanov–became the head of department ex-husband of the communist Oksana Kaletnik. Elmanov is considered as the person of the head of Presidential Administration Boris Lozhkin. To appointment, Elmanov was his adviser out of staff.
Elmanov in 1990-x founded construction corporation «BM of Groups» , which for 1996-2003 headed the people's deputy Kaletnik.For 2000-2008 Dmitry Elmanov together with Lev Partskhaladze was the cofounder of open company «Square - Friendship of the people» (shopping center in a subway).
To a position of the head of anti-corruption department considered Victor Voytsishin–the ex-the Deputy public prosecutor Victor Pshonki who gets under lustration. Besides, among applicants there was Galina Klimovich–one of the strongest investigators in Ukraine which investigated case on poisoning ex-the president Yushchenko and voluntary I went to resignation after Kuzmin's arrival by the curator of this business.
