Last week, on April 28, at the GAHK "ChSZ" trade-union conference the results of implementation of the collective agreement for 2008 were summed up and the draft of the collective agreement for 2009 is approved.
Conditions of the collective agreement for 2008 were recognized executed, and the new collective agreement will come into force after its registration, reports the Press - service GAHK "ChSZ".
"Despite a crisis situation in the country and at the enterprise, both production, and the personnel capacity of plant is kept, - the HR director of ChSZemphasizedValery Smolyany. - For 2008 on plant 355 experts aged till 30 years" were accepted.
"Each employee of plant, according to the contract with the Industrially — Insurance Alliance company, was provided with the health insurance at the expense of enterprise assets. The program of insurance will proceed and in 2009", - toldV. Smolyany.
The collective agreement of GAKH "ChSZ" for 2009 provides full preservation of all social privileges, payments and the guarantees established for employees of the company by the last year's collective agreement. As for the amount of financial help given workers, it will be increased by 50%.
In particular, in 2009 the sum will be allocated for social privileges4565,65 thousand hryvnias. This money will be used on providing with free food of separate categories of workers (120 thousand hryvnias), grants for improvement of workers and members of their families (550 thousand hryvnias), financial support needing (120 thousand hryvnias) and other social payments.
Director general of ChSZDmitry Mordovenko, submitting the draft of the collective agreement for 2009, I declared: "We form the collective agreement-2009 in the conditions of the cruel financial crisis which has struck not only shipbuilding and other fields of activity of our country, but also world economy as a whole. In these severe conditions the enterprise is faced by a task to execute orders under already signed contracts and actively to look for new ship-building and ship-repair contracts".
