The Verkhovna Rada forthcoming plenary week won't consider the anti-recessionary program of the government.
Such opinion in interview to journalists on Friday was expressed by the head of the Verkhovna RadaVladimir Litvin, reports "Interfax - Ukraine".
"I am deeply convinced that it is necessary to work simply, instead of to accept programs", - the speaker told, having added that it is necessary to define accurately the list of measures and actions and consistently to carry out them.
"As it seems to me, next week this program because it can be submitted for consideration to have a reason for political excitements and opposition in the Verkhovna Rada" won't be considered, - toldLitvin.
According to him, in this case it is necessary to wait while all negotiations on this question will end.
Speaking about prospects of modification of the state budget of 2009, the speaker reminded that "Transitional provisions" law on the state budget provided introduction of such changes till May 1.
According to the speaker, it is quite obvious that it is necessary to realize accurately what have to be made changes in the state budget.
"I am convinced that today it is impossible to go on the budget sequester as it is offered by those who demands urgent modification of the state budget", - Litvin told.
The speaker considers that it becomes in order that "to diminish chances of the opponents during presidential election".
By wordsLytvyna, the government has to submit the proposals concerning realization of those means which arrive in the state budget as a result of adoption of laws on duty increase. According to him, it is a question of the sum within 3,5 billion UAH
On belief of the head of the Verkhovna Rada, the state budget just also has to define, these means will be spent for what programs and for what articles.
