On Saturday, November 21, on the route N-11 «Dnepropetrovsk - Nikolaev» repair work more was carried out than on 300 sq.m, however, in connection with weather working conditions suspended. It is remarkable that all materials for work are borrowed, on account of a delay of payments and under guarantees of the leaders of area.
The chief of Service of highways in the Nikolaev area Valery Bloshenko reported about it during a meeting of the working group on repair of the route N-11 under the leadership of the first deputy chairman of the regional state administration Nikolay Romanchuk, transfer in department is information - analytical providing RSA.
According to him, examination is already conducted and first priority of work is defined, is planned to repair more than 18 thousand sq.m.–Kazankovsky, Novobugsky, Bashtansky and Zhovtnevy areas.
Last week a necessary preparatory work was already carried out. Are going to attract the maximum quantity of labor and necessary equipment to acceleration of work.
- On those sites where there is a big destruction of the road, the heavy machinery will work and dismantling then crushed-stone mix will be layer-by-layer filled up is made, consolidation by vibroskating rinks and in 3-5 days overlapping is made «black material» 8-10 cm thick. It will give the chance to transfer the main loadings and to keep «proyezzhayemost» till spring. We set a task to all contractors–to observe technologies and to carry out quality the robot. The preliminary cost of these works is 10 million hryvnias,–Bloshenko told.
He and why it was chosen «explainedblack material» or Bendery:
- This material will allow to perform repair work at today's temperature conditions, thus quality of works will be observed. And with approach of a spring season it is necessary to carry out capital construction of the route, and these are more than 2,5 billion hryvnias.
According to him, examinations confirmed that the road lost the bearing ability from - for the movements of heavy-load transport. However, Bloshenko didn't specify, what specifically examinations.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that on October 18 the chairman of the Nikolaev RSA Vadim Merikov declared that after his address to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko Kabmin intended to allocate 52 million hryvnias on pervoocheredny repair routes N-11 from the State budget.
However this promise wasn't kept in this connection on November 20 in New Bug people blocked the route, protesting against off road terrain and a divergence in the matter of local authorities. Protesters in particular demanded to dismiss both Merikov, and his protege around–head of RGA Sergei Ivanov. Thus they agreed to disperse on condition that in a week their requirements will be fulfilled, the concerning financings of repair work on the route.
