The antimonopoly committee recommends to the Ministry of transport and communication to simplify access of the companies on the market of services in land service of planes and passengers at the airports till September. The deputy reported about it at meeting of committee the chairman of AMKU Alexander Melnichenko.
In particular, for this purpose the committee recommends to Mintrassvyaz to develop the corresponding order of access of the enterprises on this market.
Besides, the committee recommends to Mintranssvyaz to approve the list of the specialized services provided at the airports.
AMKU also recommends to the ministry to provide procedures of selection of suppliers of aviation fuel on a competitive basis taking into account the corresponding directive of Council of the European Union.
At the same time the Mintranssvyaz is recommended to provide equal and transparent conditions of access to the companies enabling the realization of aviation fuel at the airports.
As it was reported, in October 2008 Mintranssvyaz increased airport charges for service of aircrafts (vzletno - landing collecting) and passengers (aero station collecting) at 9 airports for 16,5-475%. In particular, airport collecting was increased at the international airport "Kiev" (Zhulyana), the international airports of Vinnytsia, Ivano - Frankovsk, Kerch (Crimea), Krivoi Rog (The Dnepropetrovsk area), Nikolaev, Sumy, Uzhgorod (The Zakarpatye area) and Khmelnytsky.
