15 million hryvnias allocated from the Nikolaev regional budget on repair of roads will direct to two highways: 5 million–on the road of T-15-04 «Pervomaisk - New Ukrainian» (May Day area) and 10 million–on T-15-08 «Kalinovka - Snigirevka - Bereznegovatoye» (Zhovtnevy and Snigirevsky district).
The relevant decision on Wednesday, April 6, was approved by two profile commissions of the Nikolaev regional council–deputy commission on questions of regional development, planning, budget, finance and investments, and also commission on questions of industrial policy and business, power and energy saving, transport and development of infrastructure.

However, the decision as a result has been made not unanimously, during discussion there were skirmishes and disputes. In particular the discontent with such distribution of means was stated by heads of fractions «Oppositional block» Vladimir Frolenko and «New power» Tatyana Demchenko. They called this draft decision political, having doubted the principle of assignment.
The main reason for which money has been directed to these roads, both Antoshchuk, and deputies across whose districts they pass–Ivan Kukhta and Mikhail Talpa called readiness of regional and city councils for joint financing of works. However, on Demchenko's request to show concrete solutions of sessions on assignment, it has turned out that there are no those yet.
- Just ponder upon the word: «joint financing» …- Talpa tried to explain.

On assurances of deputies, sessions of regional and village councils will have to take place in the next few days, but supposedly already today there is their oral consent to that money for these roads has been allocated.
- Today's draft decision–this political distribution of funds of the regional budget which are allocated for the May Day area where money isn't allocated today and heads this work of Talp from BPP, and on Snigirevsky district and Zhovtnevy. This political decision!–she has declared.–Residents of Kazankovsky, Novobugsky, Bashtansky districts, completely isolated Elanetsky area, they not that won't have remontirovanny roads, they have no possibility of journey today!
At this Demchenko has suggested to wait a little with adoption of such decision and to distribute money in proportion to those funds which were allocated by local budgets for ensuring journey to the regional and regional centers.
- I suggest these 15 million not to distribute today, and to make it only after when we have a clear understanding and information, what council how many money has allocated!–the deputy has offered.
But this offer hasn't been supported. The head of the budgetary commission Fiodor Barn has suggested to finish discussion, and the majority have voted for. Later the decision has been made to support the project.
