In Nikolaev deputies of the constant commission of the City Council concerning the industry, transport, energy saving, communication, a services sector, business and consumer protection have stated a number of claims to the director of the municipal enterprise «Nikrolayevelektrotrans» rather recent purchase of rails and pre-election purchase of trolleybuses.
It became known during a meeting of the constant commission on Monday, April 11.
- In 2015 it has been acquired «Electrotrance» trolleybuses 33 units and 13 units of trams. The sum for one unit of the trolleybus 743 thousand hryvnias, the tram - 997 thousand hryvnias, all this second-hand, correctly? I want to tell simply that the city Exactly in three months before the city Nikolaev has brought up this question, has bought just the same trolleybuses for 450 thousand hryvnias, for trams I have no sum, - the head of the deputy commission Vladimir Yevtushenko has reported.
In turn, the director of KP Dmitry Lisovsky has reported that he knew about purchase of electrotransport in Exactly, moreover, the budgetary commission and the commission on transport then have supported purchase, the working group has also been created. Yevtushenko has objected to it that he watched video of that working group, having added that he saw how people were indignant concerning purchase of transport.
Lisovsky has reported that in Exactly transport bought on the place, delivered, obtained customs clearance therefore such difference in the price and I have noted that «Nikrolayevelektrotrans» also representatives from CREWE checked.
- Today comes to the line of 35 trolleybuses, 37 trams. We continue training of drivers and trams, and trolleybuses now. In group of 17 people 3 persons are deducted for truancies and an exit to drunk study. We can't take at once group 30 or 40 of people, - he has emphasized.
And remark of the deputy Sergey Isakov «why then was to buy trolleybuses and trams if there are no drivers?» I have tried to explain with the fact that couldn't train drivers without existence of a rolling stock.According to Lisovsky, term of training of group–6 months, and a number of people in group on average–15, and statistically, it is necessary to work the person 10.
In turn, the deputy Vladimir Sadykov has specified that for a year of all there will be 2 groups on ten people, asking why it was necessary to buy 33 trolleybuses if they understand that they won't be able to provide the necessary number of drivers.
Besides, during a meeting the deputy Yevtushenko has asked Lisovsky about rails which were purchased in 2016 for the sum about two million.
- When rails bought, there is a decision of the budgetary and transport commissions of last year. Rails of the first category of wear because new stand twice more, - Lisovsky has spoken.
In the comment Vladimir Yevtushenko has told journalists that «Nikolayevelektrotrans» I have bought 60 second-hand tons of rails on 2,5 million.
