According to him, within the operational maintenance of roads from total amount of the allocated funds–141 million 163 thousand are mastered only 49 million 923 thousand (35,4%). At the same time, as Machko has noted, today there are works which aren't closed yet: acts of the performed works haven't provided the company «Bitunova» (about 6 million) and «Altk».
Within performance of work on maintenance from 226 million 694 thousand are mastered only 189 thousand on development of the project documentation, the percent of development makes 0,19. And on capital repairs: from the allocated 35 million 5,6% of means are used–1 million 960 thousand.
At the same time the Service of highways recognized that it until the end of the year won't be able to master 6,1 million funds allocated from local budgets (from them 4,3 million–money of the budget of area, the others–rural and regional budgets).
- As for an oblavtodor, we money have 69 million. From them 12-15 million are mastered. We this year will master other money–it without problems. What we attract subcontract organizations to. Oblavtodor by the opportunities can use 15-18 million a month. For this purpose I in «Ukravtodor» I have asked advance payment in 10 million to buy materials, to satisfy debts on a salary, - Shulichenko has declared.–Literally since Monday all contract organizations will come. Already about on 20 million contracts are signed with them.
As a result, the commission in particular, recommended to note low interest of use of funds for repair of roads, and also to set the task to provide to road services driving through the broken routes of area.
And the head of Vradiyevsky regional public administration who is present at a meeting of the commission, and in combination the deputy of a regional council, Vasily Zhosan, having told of recent experience in attempt of the decision in Service of a question on repair of the road at itself in the area, I have suggested to send back to Kiev the acting as the chief of Service of highways of area Nikolay Shulga.
