The Odessa Economic Court of Appeal left on September 13 without changes the judgment of the first instance about return of children's recreation camp of a name of the lieutenant P. Schmidt located on the coast of the Black Sea to property of territorial bulks.

The court left appeal complaints of the Nikolaev regional council and Department of economic development and regional policy of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration without satisfaction.
«In the complaints appellants claimed that the complete property complex of the children's camp isn't educational institution and wasn't used for improvement of children, and also pointed to incorrect interpretation by court of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine «About privatization of the state property».
«As it was already reported, in 2015 in defiance of requirements of Laws of Ukraine «About education» , «About improvement and rest of children» and «About privatization of the state property» the camp is included by the solution of the Nikolaev regional council in the list of objects of joint property of territorial communities, privatizeable. Further on the basis of the contract of purchase and sale, concluded between RSA and limited liability company, the complete property complex of the children's camp has been privatized» , - it is noted in the message.
The prosecutor's office has made in court the claim for recognition illegal and cancellation of the solution of the Nikolaev regional council, recognition invalid contracts of purchase and sale with the obligation to return the children's camp to municipal property. The claim is satisfied in full, now the judgment has taken legal effect. The issue of the circulation of the judgment to execution is resolved.
Let's remind, earlier it was reported that management concerning property of municipal property of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration which is headed by Olga Vidina sells municipal property of a bulk without auctions. The camp has been sold for 1 million 493 thousand 119 hryvnias (566 hryvnias for 1 quarter.l), and the Ltd company «was the buyerN of the Car» which specialization is sale of motor transport and which, according to the edition, is connected with recently retired head of the Nikolaev RSA Vadim Merikov.
Besides, earlier in Ochakovo liquidated local municipal abnormally - life-saving station and have dismissed her employees. At the same time everything for 10 thousand dollars has redeemed it same «N of the Car» , one of founders of which is the deputy Zhovtnevogo regional council, representative «Popular front» Alexey Zakharchuk. It is supposed that both high-ranking officials of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration and Merikov can be involved in these events around base.
