The service of highways in the Nikolaev region has signed on September 22 two contracts with the Mariupol Ltd company «Altk» on average maintenance of two 5-kilometer sections of the highway N-11 «Nikolaev - Dnipropetrovsk».

In spite of the fact that acceptance of the offer «Altk» has taken place still on August 15, the contract has been signed only in 5 weeks because other bidder, state of emergency «P_vdendortekh» , which had the cheapest offers on repair of the route, but applications of which the tender committee has rejected, challenged results of the auction in Antimonopoly committee.
As a result of September 13 of AMKU has rejected the complaint STATE OF EMERGENCY «P_vdendortekh» , what has allowed Service of highways to sign contracts with Ltd company «Altk».
According to the published information, the contractor has to perform works on repair of the road in 3 months after signing of the contract–that is till December 22, 2016. Thus, from - for long «delays» with tendering and their appeals of Ltd company «Altk» , most likely, it is necessary to repair the route in bad weather conditions and at low winter temperatures. Were initially planned that works will be performed during the period from July to October, 2016.
Two sections of the highway «have to be as a result repairedNikolaev - Dnipropetrovsk» : 5 kilometers on the site from 197/570 kilometers to 202+570 kilometers, and also 5 more kilometers on the site from 219+660 to 224+660 kilometers. The first site will cost to the budget 43 million 227 thousand 865 hryvnias, the second–in 43 million 583 thousand 59 hryvnias.
