Ukraine this year has every chance to get from the international organizations about 105 million US dollars on implementation of programs for control over distribution of tuberculosis, AIDS and HIV - infections.
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, about it on a press - conferences in Lugansk were reported by the chairman of the board of the international public organization "International Institute of Problems HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis"Eliot PERLMAN.
According to him, last year an application of Ukraine about financing of the antitubercular programs, submitted to Global fund of fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, wasn't satisfied. This year documents after the tuberculosis component were processed more competently, and Ukraine has much more chances to receive means from this international fund. Results of consideration of the demand will be declared in the next weeks.
According toE. PERLMAN, the main problems in Ukraine are diagnostics and treatment to - tuberculosis infections, that is attached to HIV/AIDS - infections. Therefore from eight main activities of fight against the tuberculosis, defined in the application of Ukraine submitted to Global fund, improvement of diagnostics of tuberculosis, HIV treatment - infected from the attached tubercular infection, and also control improvement over incidence in rural areas are main.
