The national joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" and Russian "Gazprom" plan to sign on November 24 in Moscow (Russia) documents on reduction of earlier contracted volumes of import of gas for 2010, and also refusal of application of penalties to the Ukrainian party for a gas shortage in 2009.
The chairman of the board of "Neftegaz" Oleg Dubina reported about it at a briefing.
Together with "Gazprom" instructions have "Neftegaz": volumes of 2009 - what are actually, both any penalty fee and penalties on them aren't, and 2010 we consider, how many we want to consume, so much we will take. And these papers will be signed, and tomorrow we drive off in "Gazprom" to make this situation on paper and to record it", - he told.
Thus, according to the Cudgel, import volume following the results of 2009 will make about 25 billion cubic meters of gas.
As it was reported, it agrees to the agreement signed by "Neftegaz" and "Gazprom" the minimum volume of import in 2009 has to make 32 billion cubic meters, in 2010 - 40 billion cubic meters
