The project was developed by institute DP "Chernomorndiproyekt" and received a positive conclusion of complex state examination of branch GP "Ukrgosbudekspertiza".

The purpose of realization of action - ensuring safe passing of vessels like CH-50 and CH-70 on the first bend of the channel of the water area of the Nikolaev port. Reduction of width of the specified knee to 100 m, depths - to 11,2 m is provided: that is, in compliance with Bugsko's dimensions - Dniprovsko - the limansky channel.

The area of dredging makes 22 hectares. The total amount of works - 350 thousand m3. The budget cost of works - over 26 million UAH

It agrees with the contract, to finish dredging it is planned in January - February, 2010. Monthly productivity землекаравана makes about 60 thousand m3.
