AMKU fined "The Black Sea shipbuilding plant" 17 thousand UAH for abuse of a monopoly position

The Nikolaev regional office of Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine (AMKU) fined GAHK "Black Sea Shipbuilding Plant" 17 thousand UAH for abuse of a monopoly position in the market of services in granting in using of own access tracks. As established office, the plant carried out dismantling works on access tracks without the preliminary prevention of JSC JV Nibulon of terms of implementation of these works. Moreover, the plant didn't carry out work on their renewal that did impossible use by society a rail during this time, reports a press - service AMKU. As a result, the plant completely refused to provide services in the absence of alternative sources of acquisition.

We will remind, the conflict between the predpriyaty happened in March, 2008. The management of ChSZ decided to repair the railway road which is the transport Nibulona hub (as it is known JSC JV Nibulon rents the territory at ChSZ) and sorted part of a railway covering, thus, they told to "Nibulon" at the last minute. In "Nibulon's" territory at this time there was a train which couldn't leave the enterprise territory.

Then the head "Nibulona" A.Vadatursky refused to make comments on the events, noting that it is internal problems of the enterprise, and he wouldn't like that they would become property of the public. According to him, at the enterprise all became for further fruitful work and development of normal labor relations.
