The Nikolaev hairdressers don't satisfy clients

With complaints to providing low-quality services in the sphere of consumer services since the beginning of year in the Nikolaev regional management of the rights of consumers 116 people addressed. Among addresses there are a lot of complaints to low-quality hairdresser's service.

For example, the citizen Kavolskaya addressed in management with the complaint to low-quality services of manicure in Flamenko salon. After building gel nails shortly... disappeared. And at least three weeks had to serve the hostess. After investigation of the this case it became clear that the manicure was made of low-quality gel. To the woman returned 150 hryvnias which she spent for building.

One more resident, the citizen Galiyeva, addressed in management with the complaint to absence of the price-list of service prices in the hairdressing salon "Mitrya". Specialists of management carried out an inspection in a hairdressing salon concerning observance of "Rules of consumer services of the population" of 04.06.99 No. 974 and requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights of consumers". For the established offenses of the legislation the honest businessman, the owner of this hairdressing salon, was brought to administrative responsibility, and to the enterprise were applied administratively - economic sanctions on the general bag of 306,6 UAH
