The Crimean tax specialists during carrying out expeditious actions described property of three illegal hotels and boarding houses.

According to information a press - groups of Management of tax police of GNA in the Crimea, within the operation "Resort-2008", the staff of tax police of the city of Yalta carried out check of activity of one of city minihotels.

As check showed, the owner of hotel did the business without necessary allowing documents (the certificate on the state registration, permission to placement of object, certificates of conformity), from lodgers the hostess took 250 hryvnias for days of accommodation. At the time of check in hotel (on 5 inhabited numbers) lived 8 vacationers. The property of hotel is described.

In the village Angular the Bakhchsarai area the staff of tax police described property of one of recreation facilities (23 existing numbers), working without necessary documents - permissions of local self-government institutions. At the time of check on base had a rest 10 people paying to the administrator of recreation facility on 40 hryvnias per day everyone.

In Zaozernoye's (Evpatoria) settlement of staff of tax police one of mini - boarding houses rest in which cost 200 hryvnias per day from the person came into the view. Check showed, as this boarding house worked illegally - there were no patent, permission to object placement, certificates of conformity. The boarding house property (on 8 existing numbers) is described.

On each of the above facts materials of checks will be brought to trial for decision-making according to the current legislation.

Since the beginning of carrying out the operation "Resort-2008" the staff of tax police of the Crimea described property of 75 illegal mini hotels, boarding houses and recreation facilities for the sum over 41 million hryvnias.
