According to her, signing documents on accession to WTO, Moldova gave the obligation not to adopt any discrimination laws concerning production and the goods which are passing, in particular, through Ukrainian - the Moldavian border. "This law was adopted with violation of the current legislation of Moldova. In three days such laws aren't adopted", - Korenkova told.
The general director "Ukrpiva" noted that in Ukraine the considerable volume of beer is made in polyethylene container. In her opinion, introduction of similar duty by Moldova - attempt of its management to be protected from strong competitors.
"The authorities of Moldova found out that this segment of thoriated beer grows in Ukraine and adopted the relevant law. It is ugly fight against competitors", - Korenkova considers.
The general director also reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent about it a note of protest to the authorities of Moldova. "Before we addressed in the Ministry of Economics, торгово - economic missions", - she emphasized.
The Ukrpivo company which is closed joint stock company, unites about 80% of producers of beer in Ukraine.
We will remind that in July of the power of Moldova entered special duty for importers of production in plastic packing or tetra paks - juice, beer, water and dairy goods. The raised funds will be accumulated in National ecological fund of Moldova and to go for financing of ecological projects, including on storage, sorting, processing and recycling.
