The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) made changes to the resolution No. 319 of October 11, having softened restrictions on crediting. The new resolution at No. 328 of October 16 is published yesterday on official a web - NBU site.
Subparagraph 2.1. the last resolution it is reworded as follows: in the sphere of carrying out it is active - passive operations banks "2.1. Can grant the loan in foreign currency to contractors who have no currency revenue, within volumes of debt on them, developed for this date. Banks can grant all other loans in accordance with the established procedure in the presence of appropriate resources". "The credits in foreign currency are necessary only to the enterprises which have a currency revenue which can return this credit in currency. Restriction in granting the currency credits concerns only the enterprises, firms, the organizations - not exporters who get profit only in hryvnia, - reported mk.mk.ua in a press - service of territorial administration of NBU in the Nikolaev area. - All other loans (in hryvnia) can be granted by banks in accordance with the established procedure in the presence of appropriate resources". We will remind that since October 13 of NBU I obliged banks to limit implementation of active operations (except interbank operations, operations with the state bonds and deposit certificates of NBU) at the level of the volumes reached by each of them for this date.
