Almost full stop of production at the Black Sea shipbuilding plant is declared by members of the committee of rescue of ChSZ. Last Friday, October 31, the management of plant established the three-day schedule of work of the enterprise, and since January 1 only two days in a week will be workers at plant. The administration of the enterprise explains such situation with world crisis.
According to the vice-chairman of Committee of rescue of ChSZ Georgy Nesterenko, at plant almost all projects are frozen, for indefinite time construction of the case of a vessel by request of No. 109 which is built to Meridian plant territories is stopped. The current salary for September is paid to workers only for 30%, heads of plant can't tell anything about time of payment of the rest of earnings.
At the same time at the enterprise all former debts remain: salary to the dismissed employees in 10 million UAH, payments in the Pension fund of about 30 million UAH and others, in the sum components to 100 million UAH. "If world crisis wasn't, - Georgy Nesterenko noticed, - the plant manager it would need to think up that".
Extremely problem there is a question with plant hostels. On Saturday, November 1, in Nikolaev on a visit there was a chairman of the State property fund of Ukraine, the Honorary Chairman of All-Ukrainian public organization "Society on Protection of the Rights of Inhabitants of Hostels" Valentina Semenyuk - Samsonenko. Despite her statements that it will protect interests of the sailors of the Black Sea Fleet living in departmental hostels, activists of the enterprise consider that while for living changed nothing. On - former nobody gives to people any guarantees that they will be able to live in the dwellings, don't make out a registration, and young children for this reason don't take in army.
Members of the committee of rescue of ChSZ didn't change the opinion that the plant manager Ilya Gorn and his administration came to the power at plant illegally, passing open competition and for this reason don't want to fulfill any obligations before working at the enterprise, and also don't pay existing debts, don't develop production.
In detail to tell about a situation at plant, activists intend to answer questions of journalists on a press - conference which is appointed to Thursday, November 6, and will take place in the room at the corner of streets Big Sea and Faleevsky. The meeting will begin at 11 o'clock.
