Reports of the international observers confirm that Ukraine blocked transit of the Russian gas.

In particular, observers of the international commission on monitoring in Kiev Julius Skach (SPP a.s. ) Sergey Bazaleev ("Gazpromexport"), Peter Zahorsky (Estrim), Alyne Rossinyol (Gaz de France Suez), Roberto Merlo (EU) signed the Hourly report on GIS (form No. 1) which testifies to lack of pumping of the Russian gas on transit gas pipelines of Ukraine in the direction of Europe while at gas-measuring station "Sudzha" of Kursk region pressure on an entrance to GTS of Ukraine makes 70 atmospheres.
The similar Hourly report (form No. 1A) which is also confirming lack of pumping of gas in the western direction, was signed by observers of the international commission on monitoring Johan Haumer (OMV) and Oleg Antonov ("Gazprom export") on GIS "Uzhgorod".
As it was reported, on January 13 JSC Gazprom I resumed gas pumping through gas-measuring station "Sudzha".
At the same time the chairman of the board of NAK Oleg Dubina declared that NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy couldn't execute the offer of "Gazprom" on transit of the Russian gas in the direction of GIS "Sudzha" of 76 million cubic meter as it would lead to restriction of supply of gas Odessa, Lugansk, Donetsk, and partially Dnepropetrovsk areas.
