The Central Bank of EU won't save Ukraine

The European Central Bank opposes providing the emergency financial help to victims of crisis to the countries which are outside the eurozone, the member of management board of bank told the Financial Times newspaper.

The European Central Bank "have no powers to be regional agency UN", Yves Merche, the head of the Central Bank of Luxembourg told. He added that rules of European Central Bank are applicable only in European Union borders.

As reports Reuters, group of the leading international banks operating in the Central and Eastern Europe, achieve that and European Central Banks expanded with EU borders of measures taken by them to facilitate credit crisis in the region.

The group which asks to facilitate a lack of liquidity and to help to resume crediting, wants that and European Central Banks started providing to EU support to such countries as Serbia and Ukraine.
