The National Security and Defense Council came to a conclusion that 11 billion cubic meters of gas for which RosUkrEnergo applies can't be returned. The first deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Stepan Gavrish reported about it, the correspondent of RBC - Ukraine reports.
"These 11 billion cubic meters of gas can't be transferred today to any market owing to a number of circumstances, namely, receiving this gas requires the decision of the International Court of Justice, instead of Ukrainian.
In - the second, agreements forbade re-export of this gas therefore to sell it on a foreign market it will be impossible.
And in - the third, "Gazprom" is only one of participants of this RosUkrEnergo group, and if participants didn't agree to a cedation, at this moment legally it is impossible to agree. On SBNO we discussed a question why the government agreed with RJSC Gazprom about payment 1,8 мдрд dollars for gas transit for 2009 and in the same time listed to "Gazprom" a cedation of the rights of a debt in the relation to RosUkrEnergo", - he told.
