Today, on March 2, the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Litvin held a meeting with representatives of the GP "Shipbuilding Plant of a Name of 61 Communards" labor collective. Information on it is published on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
We will remind that it became possible after kommunarovets on the air of Inter TV channel declared the problems, and then, during the same air, V. Litvin suggested to carry out on Monday, at 10.00, meeting in Rada during which deputies will try to solve the problems which have developed at plant.
During a meeting the state of affairs at the enterprise which now, according to representatives of labor collective, is in critical financially - an economic situation was discussed.
According to participants of a meeting, according to data from the National forum of labor unions of Ukraine, the debt on a salary to employees of the enterprise made 6 million UAH, its activity is almost suspended.
Participants of a meeting connected enterprise problems with a suspension of action of the law on support of ship-building branch and with free economic zone elimination in Nikolaev.
In turn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine noted that enterprise problems "arose not in one day, and collected for the last years". Therefore, in his opinion, it isn't necessary to shift all responsibility for a present condition of the enterprise to the present country leaders.
V. Litvin considers as the main problem of the enterprise absence of orders for production of the corresponding production. In this context the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported need of development of the system plan for removal of the enterprise from a crisis state with participation of the Government and profile parliamentary committees.
The minister of industrial policy of Ukraine Vladimir Novitsky who participated in a meeting, reported about creation in department of the working group headed by it which till March 5 has to acquire effective methods on a plant conclusion from crisis. The minister promised in the next time to solve a problem with payment of debt on a salary to the staff of the enterprise.
Summing up, V. Litvin once again noted importance of system approach to a solution, "prevention of adoption of the populist decisions directed on short result". In his opinion, expedient would be to hold also expanded meeting in Nikolaev with the assistance of specialists of ship-building branch to discuss offers concerning a branch exit as a whole from crisis and development of the relevant decisions which will be passed subsequently on Government and parliament consideration.
