The coalition of deputy fractions in the Verkhovna Rada suggests the President Victor Yushchenko to submit for consideration of parliament the candidate of the deputy Boris Tarasyuk ("Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" Block fraction) for appointment it to a position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
About it journalists were reported by the chairman of NUNS fraction Nikolay Martynenko.
According to him, the relevant decision was made by council of the coalition.
"According to part 8 of article 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine the coalition puts forward to Tarasyuk Boris Ivanovich's this position", - he told.
Martynenko noted that council of the coalition unanimously made such decision and other candidates to this position weren't discussed.
Thus he noted that the coalition at all doesn't deny the right of the President to define the candidate to a position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but thus wants that this question was considered by Rada as soon as possible and promises to provide support by parliament of the candidate of Tarasyuk.
"We give a signal that we want constructive cooperation, we ask about it the President and thus we have voices in a hall for passing of this candidate", - the deputy added.
At the same time Martynenko reported that despite Tarasyuk's unwillingness to hold a position of the minister, the majority carries out work on that to overpersuade it.
