The head of the secretariat of the president Victor Baloga declares that it is possible to declare early parliamentary elections at "any moment".
He told about it on air of TV channel Inter.
"There is no coalition today and at any time it is possible to declare early elections in parliament", - told Baloga.
The head of the secretariat considers that resignation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Ogryzko is violation of conditions of the coalition agreement.
"The decision, the unofficial arrangement with Party of Regions, that it is necessary to set aside the Minister of Foreign Affairs is made. It wasn't in the conditions of the coalition agreement", - he noted.
"Probably, deputies WELL - NANOSECOND understood that with Yulia Vladimirovna (Tymoshenko), unfortunately, it is impossible to agree, as nature of her behavior not predicted. I any more don't want to say that the majority actually isn't present", - emphasized Baloga.
"There is a fraction of Communist Party which actually gives the 226th voice in order that passed these or those decisions on taste of the head of the government", - he told.
Балога it is also sure that "when created the new coalition there had to be a representation of the new coalition on government reassignment".
"It didn't take place, it also violation of standard of the Constitution", - the head of the secretariat emphasized.
Answering a question, whether early elections or can be declared in the summer in the fall, he noted: "First of all, it depends on political will of parliament because to do the next war in parliament and further to start up the country - the president to it never will go to chaos".
Besides, making comments on an initiative of holding parliamentary elections of open lists, Baloga told: "It is remarkable idea".
"The main objective which it is worth - changing before us an electoral system. To go to open lists and, in that case, the Ukrainian society won't depend on two, three political parties which will influence political processes in society", - the head of the secretariat declared.
