"I gave 24 hours in order that the letter on intentions was finally finished by the Ukrainian party and I hope that in a day the Ukrainian party will send this letter to the IMF", - he told.
According to him, the Ukrainian party made everything from it depending that mission of the IMF began the work in Ukraine and next week.
Yushchenko stated satisfaction a meeting course with the prime minister Yulia Timoshenko and the head of National bank Vladimir Stelmakh concerning continuation of cooperation from the IMF.
"The today's decision and arrangements I consider as a sign step to restoration of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, and within this cooperation formation of effective national anti-recessionary actions", - the president whom the press - service quotes told.
"Positive shifts big. In my opinion, today the Ukrainian party finished repeated revision of steps which need to be made to establish dialogue, to restore program work with the International Monetary Fund", - the president reported.
In particular, it is a question of balancing of a pension fund, balancing of the state budget for 2009 and the budget of National joint stock company "Naftogaz".
The president reported that next week the Cabinet will introduce in the Verkhovna Rada the bill about balancing of PF and the bill from partial balancing of the state budget regarding fiscal policy.
Speaking about changes in a pension fund, Yushchenko specified that it is a question of revision of approaches to special pensions.
As it was reported, Ukraine received reaction of the IMF to the letter on intentions from Ukraine which will be discussed during Tymoshenko's meeting, the president Victor Yushchenko, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin and the head of National Bank Vladimir Stelmakh.
On March 3 Ukraine sent to the International fund the draft of the letter on intentions of rather further cooperation with fund.
