The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Boris Tarasyuk ("Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" Block fraction) doubts that in a situation when the head of the Secretariat of the President is Victor Baloga, the decent person will agree to become Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The press is told about it - Tarasyuk's services in the message.

The deputy considers that the new Minister of Foreign Affairs will have to carry out political orders of the Secretariat.

"It is readiness of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to listen to "councils and instructions" from the Secretariat of the President. Therefore it is necessary to have still "a flexible back" to carry out all politically motivated whims of the Secretariat as it was with the circular letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs", - he told.

Thus Tarasyuk considers that Baloga is a person without any world outlook values and without patriotism.

According to the deputy, the expert with broad outlook, the patriot has to be the Minister of Foreign Affairs, he has to be fluent in several foreign languages and be able easy to contact to colleagues and partners, and also to be the skilled manager.

As it was reported, on March 6 the coalition of deputy fractions in Rada suggested the President Victor Yushchenko to submit for consideration of parliament the candidate of the deputy Boris Tarasyuk for appointment it to a position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Tarasyuk is confident in Yushchenko's refusal to bring his candidate to a position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and doubts that will be able productively to work as the minister when the Secretariat heads Baloga.
