Holding early parliamentary elections can't almost be realized, experts are convinced.
So, on a press - conferences in agency "Interfax - Ukraine" on Thursday the president of the Analytical center "Open Policy" Igor Zhdanov emphasized that the destiny of early parliamentary elections is in hands of the largest parliamentary forces, such as Party of Regions and BYuT.
"If they hold further negotiations, will agree about creation of the coalition which would solve two over a task - an exit of Ukraine from crisis and adoption of the new Constitution, it won't be natural any early parliamentary elections", - considers Zhdanov.
In turn the director of the politician - legal programs of the Center of Razumkov Yury Yakimenko emphasized that if to talk about early parliamentary elections, according to the Constitution election campaign before early elections takes 60 days.
It reminded that in the Constitution such bases, in particular, not carrying out meetings of parliament within 30 calendar days, or not creation or disorder of the parliamentary coalition and impossibility of its creation during the same 30 days are accurately specified.
Thus, by 60 days of election campaign it is necessary to add 30 more days during which the operating parliament won't hold the meetings and to work.
"Certainly, it is possible to hold early elections but only when key players will agree on it", - he told.
According to the expert, in Ukraine already there is an experience when the president issued the decree about holding early parliamentary elections, and the Cabinet didn't allocate for it necessary funds, blocking thus their carrying out.
He also noted that the rating ex-the speaker of parliament of Arseniy Yatsenyuk grows now. The expert noted that for Yatsenyuk won't make a big problem to formalize the political force, having registered it on the basis of documents of one of already existing political parties.
"Thus, why to let in that is now divided for two also the third", - was told by the expert.
In turn the director of the Kiev center of political researches and conflictology Mikhail Pogrebinsky expressed opinion that less all the prime minister - the minister Tymoshenko is interested in carrying out such elections.
Making comments on statements of Party of Regions for need of holding snap parliamentary elections, the expert noted that the last sociological researches show that the Party of Regions won't be able to gather bigger number of deputy mandates on early parliamentary elections, than it has now.
According to Pogrebinsky, by results of such elections instead of "our Ukraine" in parliament political force headed by Yatsenyuk can be presented.
"Therefore all these things (statements for possibility of early parliamentary elections) it as though pressure upon the partner, the only partner with whom it is possible to agree about how in general it is possible to live after Victor Yushchenko", - were told by Pogrebinsky.
