The president Victor Yushchenko intends to introduce soon in the Verkhovna Rada the bill of changes and additions in the Constitution.
It at a briefing was declared by the deputy head of the secretariat of president - the representative of the president in the Constitutional Court and the Central Election Commission Marina Stavniychuk, reports "Interfax - Ukraine".
"I don't exclude that by the president the corresponding project can be submitted for consideration in the appropriate government bodies and on public consideration. I don't exclude", - she told.
Stavniychuk emphasized that the president will act with the complex vision of reforming of the Constitution.
According to her, the constitutional reform implies also complex system changes of the legislation of Ukraine, reforming of an electoral system, reforming of tax system, the budget, is administrative - territorial reform.
Stavniychuk noted that there has to take place "reform of all power vertical, power reform at the central level".
Certainly, according to her, this reforming has to concern, including local governments.
Stavniychuk expressed a regret that at municipal hearings I wasn't present as it was declared, the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko.
It reminded again that the president is the adherent of creation of a two-chamber parliament. According to her, the lower house, in that case, will form the government, and to be responsible for government work.
Stavniychuk once again I emphasized that in the country ripened "the constitutional changes".
