The government at meeting on Thursday, having heard results of work of the commission concerning activity of the head of the Odessa regional administration Nikolay Serdyuk, didn't find the bases for attraction it to responsibility.

It was declared by the minister of the Cabinet of Ukraine Pyotr Krupko, reports "Interfax - Ukraine".

"That madam Kuzhel spoke today (the head of the State committee of questions of regulatory policy and business Aleksandra Kuzhel), she certainly spoke about many things, but... any concrete facts which could become the basis for decision-making on attraction it to responsibility didn't sound", - Krupko told journalists on Thursday.

At government meeting on Thursday the head Gospredprinimatelstva told ministers about results of work of the commission on check of the facts which were stated in the appeal of the haulers who are holding a meeting on the route Kiev - Odessa.

As it was reported, on March 5 the prime minister - the minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko declared that will give idea of dismissal of the head of the Odessa regional state administration Nikolay Serdyuk.

"I perfectly know quality of work of this person, I know qualities of the person therefore today at government meeting we will give idea of dismissal and we will give idea of appointment - we will think over the candidate of the worthy person who is in Odessa region - that it was possible to appoint", - she emphasized at a meeting with striking haulers in Odessa region.

It reminded that under the Constitution the Cabinet of Ministers can make only representation on dismissal or appointment of the governor.

"But what today becomes? The constitution - aside, appoint the acting as without government representation, and then such geeks work, as the governor of Odessa region", - I declared to Tymoshenko.
