The Uzhgorod customs initiated on April 6 proceedings on suspicion in violation of customs rules when crossing Ukrainian - the Slovak border of the Learjet-60 plane onboard which on April 4 to Uzhgorod from the Czech Republic the head of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine Victor Baloga arrived.
About it journalists in Uzhgorod were reported by the chief of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Zakarpatye area Pavel Kononenko.
According to him, in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the address of the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" fraction Gennady Moskal with a request arrived to check observance by crew of the plane of rules of the customs legislation.
"We directed the appeal to customs with a request to check documents of crew and provided order protection that the staff of customs could carry out check freely. Today to us reported about its results, rules were really violated therefore the plane is withdrawn and transferred to KP "Uzhgorod Airport" storage, - Kononenko told.
It explained that the plane carried out the flight "Prague — Kiev", having the right only on international, instead of internal flights.

The chief of Uzhgorod customs Mikhail Porada told journalists that proceedings are initiated against the commander of the plane, the citizen of the USA Gennady Golovatsky on suspicion in violation of customs rules 175/30000/09 on signs of an offense of the Customs code of Ukraine provided by Art. 336 (illegal operations with vehicles which are under customs control).
