The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin intends to insist on that at changes of the state budget for 2009 funds for payments of compensations to investors of Sberbank of the former USSR were provided.
He told about it at a meeting with inhabitants of the Bakhmachsky region of the Chernigov area.
"I stand that is necessary if began to return to all one thousand hryvnias, and further to look that it is necessary to do. When changes will be made to the budget, I will insist that this money was provided", - the speaker told, report Ukrainian news.
He emphasized that before making the decision on payments of compensations on deposits, it is necessary to understand accurately to whom and how many owes the state.
"There are people who are ready to refuse part of the savings, but under one condition: we will tell that to them provided treatment. There are people who agree on that their money was given on that their children and grandsons got a worthy education", - he noted.
Litvin considers that the authorities have to consider opportunity not only monetary compensations on deposits, but also their replacements with payment zhilishchno - municipal or other services which are provided to investors of Sberbank of the former USSR.
As it was reported, earlier the president Victor Yushchenko, the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko and the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin agreed about modification of the state budget for 2009 in April - May.
In September, 2008 the Cabinet suggested Rada to allocate for payment of compensations to investors of the former Sberbank of the USSR to 10 billion hryvnias in 2009.
Since the beginning of 2008 Oshchadbank for compensation of the depreciated deposits allocated 23 tranches.
