The Verkhovna Rada refused to include three laws necessary for receiving the second tranche of the credit of the IMF in an agenda.
200-208 deputies voted for their inclusion. Communists, Party of Regions and the most part of NUNS didn't vote.
The first bill provided receiving in the necessary volume of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy of compensation from the difference budget between the prices of purchase of the imported gas and its realization to subjects of managing on production of thermal energy.
The second law provided rationalization of use of means of the state budget and the budget of the Pension fund, in particular restriction of the maximum size of pension.
Besides, the project offered establishments of the fixed size of insurance premiums for obligatory state pension insurance for natural persons - subjects of business activity.
The third law concerned also settlement of provision of pensions, in particular, determination of cost of one year of an insurance experience and an order of recalculation of pensions to working pensioners.
All these laws were called necessary for receiving the credit of the IMF.
"This consequence of yesterday's council where all said that it is necessary to make decisions in interests of the country", - the speaker Litvin commented on not vote of deputies.
At the same time Blok's representative Lytvyna Oleg Zarubinsky suggested to address for explanations to the president as he urged all to vote for laws. At the same time its fraction didn't vote.
"That is or the president any more don't listen even in his fraction, or there is a hypocrisy. Probably, it is necessary to address to the president for explanations, on what his appeal" is really directed, - the deputy asked.
The representative of regions Alexander Efremov at the same time urged to stop attempts "to push through that is pushed, and to go further according to the agenda".
