The head of the secretariat of the president Victor Baloga considers as the only exit from a present situation in the state carrying out early parliamentary and presidential election.
So he commented vote failure for bills, necessary for allocation to Ukraine the second tranche of the credit of the IMF, reports a press - service of the president.
According to Balogi, "one testimony of unproductiveness of present parliament convincingly indicates the need of immediate updating of the existing power for interests of society and the state".
"The today's failure with adoption of economic bills visually proves that the only means of an exit from the imperious deadlock are early elections - both parliamentary, and presidential", - the head of the secretariat declared.
"No attempts to form any abnormal configurations in Rada will make it more effective. Calculations on it - from crafty, they are unpromising and only will continue those painful convulsions for all country in which the coalition" fights, - he added.
"Eventually, the president repeatedly called the Verkhovna Rada for creation of wider coalitions, though from all 450 deputies. However if it isn't present to this day and in the future won't be - then an exit only in BP re-election", - declared Baloga.
"Now the parliament should accept as soon as possible basic changes in electoral laws which will give the chance to update through early elections the power", - he added.
