Litvin assumes that decisions of the Cabinet on equalizing of natural persons and natural persons - businessmen in payment of pension contributions and introduction of an extra charge of 2% to gas price for industrial consumers for the purpose of compensation of losses of National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" will be appealed in vessels.
He told about it at a briefing.
"A priori I can tell that I don't exclude a stop of action of resolutions, and I don't exclude initiation of the address to courts that will lead, as a matter of fact, to the next round of opposition", - the speaker told.
He emphasized that the relevant decisions of the government demand legal examination.
At the same time Litvin noted that the opposition has the full right to disagree with decisions of the power and to criticize them.
According to forecasts of the speaker, political opposition will amplify after easter holidays and since May will gather new turns.
He considers that these processes will be complicated by predicted deterioration of an economic situation.
As it was reported, on April 14 Rada refused to consider the bills "About Modification of Some Laws of Ukraine on Provision of Pensions" and "About modification of the law "About Obligatory State Pension Insurance", which acceptance are considered by Cabinet of Ministers as cooperation necessary for renewal with the International Monetary Fund.
After that the Cabinet of Ministers at an emergency meeting decided to enter 2% a target extra charge to the price of natural gas for industrial consumers and budgetary organizations for the purpose of the direction of the means received from these payments, on compensation of losses of "Neftegaz" at realization of import gas, and also balanced natural persons and natural persons - businessmen in payment of contributions to the state pension insurance.
