25,6% of respondents the Kiev international institute of sociology are ready to vote for the chairman of fraction of Party of Regions in the Verkhovna Rada Victor Yanukovych at presidential elections.
Results of poll testify to it.
Respondents asked to answer a question, whether they intend to participate in presidential elections if they took place in the next Sunday and if yes, that for whom they vote.
14,4% of respondents told that would vote for the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko.
13,6% - for the deputy of Rada, the member of fraction of the "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" Block, the former chairman of the parliament of Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
3,3% - for the chairman of fraction of Communist party in the Verkhovna Rada Pyotr Simonenko.
2,9% - for the leader of fraction of the block of the name in Rada Vladimir Litvin.
2,4% - for the present President Victor Yushchenko.
1,2% - for the leader of the association "Freedom" Oleh Tyahnybok.
0,6% - for the deputy of Rada, the member of fraction of the "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" Block Anatoly Gritsenko.
On 0,1% of respondents expressed the readiness to vote for the member of Socialist party, the former chairman of Fund of the state property Valentina Semenyuk - Samsonenko and the mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky.
1,7% of respondents told that would support other nomination.
11,1% - would vote against all.
9,4% - at all wouldn't take part in vote.
13,6% - found it difficult to answer the question posed.
Besides respondents asked for whom they would vote if in the second round of presidential election there passed Tymoshenko and Yanukovych.
33,8% of respondents told that would support Yanukovych.
27,3% - Tymoshenko.
Thus would vote against both 21,3%, 9,8% - wouldn't take part in vote, 7,7% - found it difficult to answer.
If in the second round there passed Yanukovych and Yatsenyuk, according to poll, for the candidate of the first 32,7%, and would vote for the second - 29,4% (thus would vote against both 18,6%, 9,2% - wouldn't take part in vote, 10,1% - found it difficult to answer).
Research was conducted on April 3-12, in its framework sociologists interrogated 1984 citizens living in all regions of the country by age from 18 years.
The statistical error doesn't exceed 3,3%.
As it was reported, on poll KMIS which has been carried out in October, 2008, 18,8% of respondents were ready to vote for Yanukovych at presidential elections.
