The order of the governor is published but the official site Nikolaev regional public administration and dated on February 4, 2015.
So, according to the order, the earth is allocated to JSC MP «Term_nal–Ukrkharchozbutsirovina» , which plans to place objects of port infrastructure, the approach channel and mooring fronts there.
The following is on hand told:
1) To approve the project of land management on branch of the land plot in rent of JSC MP «Term_nal–Ukrkharchozbutsirovina» for placement and service of objects of port infrastructure, the approach channel and mooring fronts from the lands of state ownership provided in property or use within the territory of Galitsinovsky village council of the Zhovtnevy region of the Nikolaev area.
2) To provide JSC MP «Term_nal–Ukrkharchozbutsirovina» in rent for a period of 49 years the land plot of 157,0 hectares of lands water fund for operation and leaving for water to objects.
Also it is offered to enterprise to develop according to requirements of the current legislation the draft agreement of land lease with the regional state administration for its conclusion.
We will note that the founder of JSC MP «Term_nal–Ukrkharchozbutsirovina» Vladimir Falko, the father of the deputy of the Nikolaev regional council elected from Party of Regions of Dmitry Falko is.
It is remarkable that earlier, on December 30, 2013 just the same order about allocation of 157 hectares of the earth near Nikolayev to the specified enterprise I published former chairman of the Nikolaev regional public administration Nikolay Kruglov.
