The speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin intends to sign on May 12 the law defining form and content of the appeal of parliament to the Constitutional Court about giving a conclusion on observance of procedure of impeachment.
He told about it to journalists, reports Regional committee with reference to the Ukrainian news.
"This law will be signed on May 12", - he told.
Thus the speaker reported that on May 13 or 14 this law will come into force after publication.
Litvin scarified the practice which has developed recently when the president Victor Yushchenko doesn't sign laws on which Rada overcame his veto, and directs these laws on consideration of the speaker.
The speaker emphasized that signing of laws is a duty of the president.
On April 14 Rada overcame the veto of the president imposed on the law adopted by it on March 19 in which form and content of the appeal of parliament to KS about giving a conclusion is determined by observance of procedure of impeachment.
