The People's Deputy Oleg Novikov considers that the President Victor Yushchenko still can dismiss Parliament. "The term of dissolution of parliament … by the way, in the Constitution it is very difficult described and it is one of those moments which in it need to be changed … the word, parliament on terms still can dismiss", - the deputy declared.
The politician reminded that the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in particular, checks data on elections in Ternopol and continued: "Understanding that the Ministry of Internal Affairs for today are the only politically not engaged force in Ukraine … yes, militia has the right to check the facts of falsifications on polling stations … While the militia is today out of policy, there is someone's very big desire to tighten in a chair of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the person who will be operated".
