The president Victor Yushchenko can dismiss the Verkhovna Rada if there is the corresponding arrangement between political forces.
It was declared by the deputy head of the secretariat of president Igor Popov on air "the 5th channel".
He emphasized that Yushchenko declares early parliamentary elections, "if there is a political arrangement about it and if parliamentary crisis proceeds".
"The parliament has to be unblocked and accept date of the next presidential election. If it isn't unblocked, the new parliament will accept this date in September", - Popov told.
"Actually legislative bases for dissolution exist from the decision of the Constitutional Court which confirmed that the new coalition brings the candidate of the prime minister. It it didn't do also the new coalition as show the last votes, no. There are no 226 voices", - he emphasized.
"That is legislative bases and so are and if Rada doesn't work 30 days during one session is an additional reason, but the main thing that there was a political arrangement: "yes, we see that this Verkhovna Rada can't work, there anybody has no 226 voices, let's go on new elections", - the deputy head of the secretariat told.
"I don't think that the president will make tomorrow such decisions. Everything depends on how the Verkhovna Rada will work because there are many topical issues", - Popov declared.
He noted that "if the Verkhovna Rada will adopt laws - let work".
"If them doesn't accept - we will find new Rada", - the representative of the president in parliament declared.
