Luzhkov studied a question of Sevastopol and decided that him didn't transfer

Sevastopol was never transferred to Ukraine at the time of the USSR.

It was declared by the Mayor of Moscow Yury Luzhkov after a meeting with the president of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon.

"Sevastopol was never transferred to Ukraine, I attentively studied all basic documents, and fully I declare it", - Lukzhov told.

"Finding of the Russian fleet and the special status of Sevastopol is a certain balance of stability on Hugo - the western boundaries of Russia, and any change of balance not in advantage of the Russian Federation now isn't necessary for us", - the capital town governor told.

"Russia threatens nobody, wars aren't necessary to it, and we (Russian Federation) want to develop further in the conditions of the world and stability", - Luzhkov emphasized.

Earlier Luzhkov declared that the question of the state ownership of Sevastopol remained unresolved. It led to an aggravation in the bilateral relations. And entry into Ukraine is forbidden the Mayor of Moscow of bulls.

The president Victor Yushchenko charged to the government to develop the bill of the termination since 2017 of action of international treaties on temporary stay in the territory of Ukraine of the BSF of the Russian Federation.
